This little pizza cutter was the best wedding favor gift I’ve ever gotten!

There are a few things that I always have on hand in my kitchen. Pillsbury pizza dough is one of them. So versatile! There are so many options for things to make in a pinch. Tonight was one of those rush to make something cause my family was hangry & needed to eat ASAP. I saw the dough, knew I had cheese (the pepperoni was a last minute addition) and figured it would be perfect. So here’s how I made this incredibly easy cheesy pepperoni bread…

What You’ll Need:

  • Pizza dough (pillsbury or whatever you want
  • Melted Butter (2 tbs)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Marinara sauce (if you’re a dunker)

Here’s How To Do It:

💥Roll out pizza dough 💥Brush the top with melted butter 💥Season with garlic powder 💥Top with mozzarella cheese (Just enough time cover the top completely 💥Top with chopped pepperoni💥Sprinkle with Italian seasoning

💥Bake in a 425° oven for about 15 minutes (add more time if needed).💥Let it cool slightly then do one long cut horizontally then several cuts vertically about 1.5 inches apart 💥Serve with or without dunking sauce 🙌🏼

A few thing I want to mention:

⚡️I used pillsbury dough cause I had it but I love using dough from my local pizza place. Just walk right in & ask them if they sell dough. The answer is usually yes! It’s $2 for a large pie and $3 for an extra large. That’s a LOT of dough. You could easily make this & have some left over for something like garlic knots. But that’s a whole different blog post 😊.

⚡️The chopped pepperoni might sound weird but I do it for good reason. I like to sprinkle it on top to ensure even distribution. If it’s pepperoni bread- you should taste pepperoni in each bite. Those are my views and I’m sticking to them.

⚡️Don’t get too caught up on the cheese. Mozzarella is a must but If you have some stuff on your fridge you want to add -go for it. No ones going to complain that it too cheesy or that the blend is off.

Before the slice 🙌🏼

Just for the record- you don’t have to be in a pinch to make this. It’s a wonderful planned ahead appetizer, too. I hope you give this one a try 😊
