Swapping out mayonnaise & replacing it with avocado it’s an awesome way to switch up your chicken salad. I love making this when I have leftover rotisserie chicken. The chicken & avocado combo is delicious! Not to mention it’s healthier, too. So easy & so good.
Here’s how to do it:
⚡️Shred or cube cooked chicken (like I mentioned above, I love rotisserie chicken for this but any kind will do) 💥Mash up 1 ripe avocado 💥Season with salt & pepper 💥Mix the chicken & avocado together & serve.
⚡️I served mine on some wheat toast with sliced cherry tomatoes. It was awesome!
