If you’re a parent, chances are you know exactly what peanut butter and jelly uncrustables are. Kids seem to really love these things. Well, at least mine do. And why wouldn’t they? Peanut butter and jelly stuffed into little bread pockets with NO CRUST?!
No kid can resist that. Peanut butter and jelly uncrustables are super easy to make at home, too!
I especially like them when I need a quick and easy lunch for school. They’re so convenient!
When I was packing one up for my sons lunch recently and figured they’d probably be super easy to make. I did a quick google search and sure enough- there are plenty of people making peanut butter and jelly uncrustbales at home.

You’ll Need:
- Peanut butter of your choice
- Jelly of your choice
- Bread of your choice (I prefer white)
- A circle cookie cutter, drinking glass or a plain old knife.
Here’s How To Do It:


Place a slice of bread on top.

Just be careful if you use a glass, obviously you don’t want to break it.


How To Freeze Them:
Freezing these peanut butter and jelly uncrustables is easy. Make a bunch and freeze them on a cookie sheet for a little bit. Then you can transfer them to a large freezer bag and take them out individually when needed.
Variations:
When you make peanut butter and jelly uncrustables at home, you have the luxury of customizing them. Use the peanut butter of your choice, creamy or chunky-whatever you want! Jelly options are up to you. You can even switch out the white bread for a healthier option.

HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY UNCRUSTABLES
Equipment
- circular cookie cutter/ glass or knife.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs Peanut Butter
- 2 Slices White Bread
Instructions
- Place peanut butter in the center of one slice of bread.
- Add jelly on top
- Using a cookie cutter, glass rim or knife make a circular shape.
- Seal the edges with your fingers or a fork
