How To Melt Cheese Perfectly

Learning. how to melt cheese perfectly is going to change your life.
That sounded dramatic but really, it’s an amazing thing to know how to do.

Have you ever ordered a burger or something from a restaurant and it just comes out with the cheese so perfectly melted?
Like so melted that you take notice? I have!
The melted cheese can sometimes be the best part of the whole meal.
This trick to melting cheese perfectly is what the restaurants use.

It’s fool proof and makes such a big difference if you do it properly.
I did burgers here but it works on so many different things.

Once you learn how to melt cheese perfectly you’ll never to back to just letting it melt on its own.
Will my food get soggy?
No not at all. Your food won’t get soggy using this method.

Just be sure to add the water around the food not directly on top of it.
What can I use this method on?
You can use this method on a lot of different things.
I chose to show how the cheese melts on burgers here but it works for so many things.

Here are some examples:
- Breakfast Sandwiches
- Burgers
- Lunch Sandwiches
- Chicken
- Pizza
Anything you want to melt cheese on this would work for.
What you’ll need to melt cheese perfectly:

- Cheese slices of your choice (preferably room temperature)
- A skillet with a lid
- Water
How to melt cheese perfectly video:
Here’s how to melt cheese perfectly:
First add the room temperature cheese to your burger or whatever you’re making.

Not add about 2-3 tbs of water around the cheese. Not on it.

Next, place the lid on top. Make sure the heat is about medium high

Let the water steam the cheese for about a minute or two.

Remove the lid when the cheese is melted to perfection.

PERFECT MELTED CHEESE FOR BURGERS TRICK
Equipment
- small skillet with lid
Ingredients
- 2 slices American Cheese (room temperature) or cheese of your choice
- 2 tbs water
Instructions
- Place the cheese slices onto your burger when its almost finished cooking
- Add the water surrounding the burger
- Place the lid on top and let it steam of a couple of minutes
- When the water has evaporated, remove the lid
- The cheese should be perfectly melted- add the burger to your bun and enjoy
