This honey mustard salmon recipe is packed with flavor and so easy to make, too.

Honey Mustard Salmon is a perfect week day meal. It’s so easy to make, absolutely delicious and it’s on the table in under 30 minutes. Boom!

I’m a huge salmon fan. It’s definitely my favorite fish by far. So I like to have a nice variety of recipes for it. This honey mustard salmon recipe is one of my favorites because the salmon kinda poaches in the sauce while it cooks leaving it super juicy and flavorful.

I just can’t get enough of it. Even my husband who, “hates honey mustard sauce” ate his entire plate and said he loved it, too. I didn’t tell him what the sauce was before hand. And that’s a secret I hope you’ll keep for me 😉.

I’ve served this along side some veggies and rice and also on top of salads. They’re both great and I can’t decide what I like better. The choice on how to serve it is up to you.

Anyway, here’s what you’ll need:

  • Salmon Filets
  • Honey
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Lemon Juice
  • Parsley for garnish
First, season the salmon filets with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Now Whisk it all together, I love these colorful whisks by the way!
Next, pour all of the sauce on top
Place in foil on top and pop it in the oven
Now bake this for 20 minutes
You can also add some extra sauce on top if you’d like.
And you’ve got yourself some honey mustard salmon.

See, I told you that this was really easy to make. Theres nothing to it. I hope I guys like this one and that it makes it into your permanent recipe rotation, Especially if you’re a salmon fan but I think this would also work on all kinds of fish, too, .

By the way, Im obsessed with that broccoli that I served the salmon with. Its the best broccoli recipe of all time.
