Do you want to know the best grilled chicken thigh marinade in the entire world? I mean it. No more bland, dry chicken that gets overlooked at the BBQ. This recipe is the only one you’ll ever need or really even ever want for that matter. It’s easy to put together and absolutely packed with flavor. I avoided using the word fast here for a reason. The marinade itself is quick to do, sure, but you really need to let this sit overnight. Try not to rush it if you can. I promise you it will be worth the wait,

Now I said grilled chicken thighs because I believe that grilling is a key component to making this the best recipe ever. I usually use my Weber Kettle because I love the flavor that the charcoal brings to the table. Aside from the grill itself, the thighs are a must also! Can you make this with chicken breast and cook them using another method? Of course, I’m not the boss of you. BUT I will say this, it might not taste as great. So do what you want but just know that chicken thighs were strongly recommended for good reason.

I make these grilled chicken thighs every time I host a tailgate which is pretty often if I can manage it. I absolutely love going to any game or concert and the tailgate is a huge part of that. They’re the number one requested recipe out of all the food I bring without a doubt. Im very happy and excited to share this with you. You and your guests are going to absolutely love it, too!

If you like this Grilled Chicken Thigh Marinade you’d probably also love my Chicken Teriyaki & Italian Skirt Steak Marinade. Give them both a try and let me know what you think.

Heres the video of how I make the best grilled chicken thigh marinade ever!
