Vegetarian Taco Dip
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito
Let’s talk about vegetarian taco dip because I know some of you are confused and rightfully so.
There’s no actual meat in this recipe whatsoever. That doesn’t mean we can’t make it taste like there is though.
And believe it or not it’s super easy to do. Just as long as you have a taco seasoning packet and some sour cream.
I’m always trying to think of ways to make my vegetarian friends and family feel comfortable at get togethers.
When I say comfortable I mean that trough food options.

I never want them to feel left out or leave my house feeling hungry. It’s important to me that they feel included.
So many of the meals I make involve meat.
It’s really nice to have some options for people who just don’t eat it.
This vegetarian taco dip is a great one to keep in your back pocket for any event.
Even if you’re not necessarily expecting vegetarians to attend.
You never know who’s diet has changed since the last time you’ve seen them.
To me being a good hostess means putting some extra thought into my guests wants and needs.
For the record, this dip is great and you don’t need to be off meat to enjoy it.
