This Taco Bell copycat quesadilla sauce really is the ultimate condiment.
It goes perfectly with so many things beyond just quesadillas, too. I loved it on my Beef Meximelt!

I’m a big fan of Taco Bell and love going there quesadillas and pretty much every single other thing that they offer.
The dipping sauces they serve there are addicting!
Making their Taco Bell quesadilla dipping sauce at home is so easy and just as delicious.

I’m a sucker for condiments in general and this one is an all time favorite.
It’s smooth, creamy and just a little bit spicy.
Never underestimate the power of a good dunking sauce. It can make or breaks the entire meal for me.
Other dipping sauces
If you’re addicted to condiments like I am I have a few more that I know you’d love.

These can be served with just about anything that’s dunk-able.
Adjusting the heat
This quesadilla sauce is easily adjustable to suit your taste.
If you’d like some more heat, add some more jalapeños. If you’d like less heat, add less.

It’s as simple as that so make it however you’d like to.
How to store quesadilla sauce
Store this quesadilla sauce in an air tight container in the fridge and it should last about 2 weeks.
quesadilla sauce ingredients:

- Mayonnaise
- Sour cream
- Jalapeños, minced
- Salt
- Sugar
- Paprika
- Cayenne
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
Instructions
First, add the sour cream and mayonnaise to a medium sized bowl.

Now add all the seasoning and sugar.

Next, add the minced jalapeño. I used fresh but picked jalapeños work fantastic here if you’d like to use those.

Then stir everything together.

Serve immediately or pop it in the fridge until you’re ready to use it.
