Tips For The Best Texas Toast Pizza
This is the easiest recipe of all time. There’s nothing to it at all.
There are just a couple more things that you can do to make sure that this Texas toast pizza is at its best.

- Texas Toast. Make sure to actually toast the Texas Toast before you add the sauce and toppings. It shouldn’t be completely done. Remove it a couple of minutes before the directions say so then add the sauce and cheese. This will make sure that the sauce doesn’t soak into the bread and make it soggy.
- Mozzarella Cheese- Grate the mozzarella cheese yourself. Don’t get the pre shredded stuff that comes in a bag at the grocery store. There’s all sorts of stuff in that cheese to keep it fresh and from prevent it from clumping. It will also stop the cheese from melting properly, too. Grate it yourself if you can.

What Tomato Sauce Should I use?
You can use whatever tomato sauce you’d like.
I kept it simple and used a jar of Rao’s Homemade that I had at the house.

Feel free to use your favorite jarred sauce or homemade if you have some.
