You need some Nutella french toast in your life this weekend. Don’t you think?

I said this weekend because I feel like this is one of those breakfasts that are meant to me enjoyed.
No rushing to get out the door for school or work.

If you’re here I’m assuming you’re a Nutella fan and let me tell you, so am I.
This delicious hazelnut spread goes great on so many things but it’s especially incredible in this recipe.

There’s something about the warm Nutella with the cinnamon sugar. It’s amazing!
This breakfast is super easy to make, too. It’s just a small step about a classic french toast recipe.
Serve this with some Oven Baked Bacon and some fresh fruit and it’s a hit every time.

My whole family loves this breakfast recipe so much. Try it with some Crispy Oven Baked Bacon.
I know if you try it that you’ll love it too.

Do I have to use Nutella?
We’ll, this is Nutella french toast so I would recommend it strongly but you don’t have to use it.

Peanut butter would be a nice alternative or any flavor jam or jelly would work, too.
What bread should I use?
I used regular white bread slices with the crust cut off but you can use whatever you’d like.

Brioche or challah bread works very well but the choice is yours completely.

My 7 year old loves anything Nutella, so when I showed him this recipe, he begged me to make it, so I did….and he LOVED it! I, personally, am not exactly a huge Nutella fan, but these were pretty darn yummy!
Side note: my friend sent me your taco lasagna recipe and that’s what’s for dinner in my house tonight! I hope it’s as delicious as it looks!
