Easy Cheeseburger Casserole
This easy cheeseburger casserole is made with seasoned ground beef, pasta shells, tomato soup and just a few other simple ingredients.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 10.7 oz cans Campbell's tomato soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
- 1 pound medium size pasta shells
- 1 ladle pasta water
- parsley for garnish (optional)
In a large skillet add the ground beef and onion. Brown the beef (breaking it into small pieces) and drain any extra fat.
Season the beef with salt, pepper and onion powder. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir everything together.
Add the two cans of soup and water. Stir it into the beef until its evenly combined. Let this simmer for about 5 minutes
Then stir in half of the shredded cheese and a ladle of the pasta water.
Add the shells (cooked to al dente) and stir them into the sauce.
Now spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and add the cooked shells and meat mixture.
Then top with the rest of the cheese and bake covered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
let it cook slightly before serving and add the fresh parsley (optional). Serve warm and enjoy!
