Easy Cheeseburger Casserole

This easy cheeseburger casserole is meaty, cheesy and absolutely delicious.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 10.7 oz cans Campbell's tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1 pound medium size pasta shells


  • In a large skillet add the ground beef and onion. Brown the beef and drain any extra fat.
  • Season the beef with salt, pepper and onion powder. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir everything together.
  • Add the two cans of soup and stir it into the beef until its evenly coated. Let this simmer for about 5 minutes
  • Add the water and half of the cheese. Stir to combine and simmer this for another 5 minutes
  • spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and add the cooked shells
  • pour the sauce on top of the shells and gently mix it all together.
  • top with the rest of the cheese and bake covered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • let it cook slightly before serving. I sprinkled some dried parsley on top for just a little color but that's totally optional.
