Classic Knorr Spinach Dip

This is the classic Knorr spinach dip that's served in a bread bowl and is always a hit at every party.

  • 1 1.4oz Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 16oz Sour Cream
  • 1 10oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained very well
  • 1 large Rye Bread Bowl


  • In a medium sized bowl, add all of the ingredients except for the rye bread.
  • Mix everything together until its very well combined
  • Cover it and place it in the fridge overnight. Let the dry soup packet bloom in the wet ingredients.
  • Stir the spinach dip every once and a while in the fridge to make sure everything blends together well.
  • When its ready to be served, cut off the top of the bread and scoop the inside out. Keep the inside of the bread to eat with the dip.
  • Add the spinach dip into the bread bowl. Serve with crackers and the inside of the bread that was scooped out. This can be served cold or room temp.
