Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 6 oz box Stove Top suffing (any flavor you want) I used savory herbs
  • 1 cup water or vegetable broth
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 12 oz can Brown Gravy
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Pour the box of stove top stuffing into a large bowl and add either the water or vegetable broth. Stir it in and let it sit for a few minutes until the stuffing softens
  • Then add the eggs and ground beef. Season it with salt, pepper and onion powder.
  • Then add about 1/4 cup of the brown gravy to the bowl and the ketchup
  • Mix everything together until its just evenly combined. Don't over mix the meat or it will become too dense.
  • Place it on a parchment paper lined baking dish and form it into a meatloaf shape.
  • Bake it for about 45 minutes or until the beef is cooked all the way through.
  • Warm up the rest of the gravy and add it to the top of the meatloaf. Spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the top with fresh chopped parsley, slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
