Juicy Breaded Pork Chops

Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. These Juicy breaded pork chops are so easy to make and absolutely delicious!

  • 3-4 pounds pork chops (bone in)
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1.5 tbs garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • canola oil (enough to fill your skillet up so the pork chops are halfway covered when frying


  • pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and season them with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides.
  • next get three shallow bowls and add the flour to one, the breadcrumbs to another and make an egg wash in the third one by beating together the eggs and milk
  • then take each pork chop and dip them in the flour (be sure to let the extra shake off) then into the egg wash (let the extra egg wash run off) and then into the bread crumbs. Shake the extra bread crumbs off that also.
  • In a large skillet heat the oil over medium high heat until it reaches about 350 degrees. Carefully fry the pork chops in batches until they're golden brown on both sides.
  • Place them onto a tin foil lined baking sheet or a wire rack. Bake them at 375 for about 15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145.
