Instructions
Grate the potato using the largest option on the cheese grater
In a dish towel wring out as much liquid from the potatoes as you can.
Place the dry potatoes in a large bowl
Add the egg, cheese & seasonings.
Mix it all together until it’s well combined
Heat up the waffle iron and spray the inside with cooking spray.
Add the hash brown mixture to the waffle iron. Spreading it out evenly.
Close the lid firmly and cook for 5-8 minutes or until the hash browns are done to your liking.
Carefully remove the hash browns from the waffle maker and place on a plate.
Cool slightly before eating.
