These three ingredient pesto and Parmesan pinwheels are made with premade pesto and Parmesan cheese baked in golden brown puff pastry.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Sheet Puff Pastry (thawed)
  • 4 Tbs Jarred pesto (divided)
  • ½ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)

Instructions
 

  • Take one sheet of puff pastry and cut it vertically down the middle. Spread a thin layer of pesto onto each half and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Tightly jelly roll it up, horizontally and wrap it in plastic wrap. Place it in the fridge for at least one hour.
  • Once it’s ready to be baked, preheat the oven to 425 degrees and slice the dough into 1” rounds.
  • Place them down onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place them into the center rack of the oven for about 9 minutes or until they’re golden brown. Finally, let them cool slightly and enjoy.
