This 4 ingredient hot artichoke dip is a delicious, no fuss appetizer made by baking chopped, canned artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and chopped garlic in the oven until hot and bubbly.

1 14 Oz Jar Artichoke Hearts (drained and chopped) 1 Cup Mayonaise 1 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated 2 Cloves Garlic, minced Parsley, chopped for garnish (optional) Pita or Bagell Chips
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
In a medium sized bowl, add the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and minced garlic.
Mix everything together until its evenly combined and add it to to an 8 x 8" baking dish.
Smooth the mixture out and place it into the center rack of the oven, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until the sides are hot and bubbly.
Serve this with a strong cracker like a pita or bagel chip and enjoy!
