1PoundSmall Shell Pasta, cooked and rinsed under cold water
2CupsFrozen Peas
2CupsBacon Bits or Cooked and Crumbled Bacon
¾Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
For The Dressing
1.5CupMayonnaise
¼CupOlive Oil
2TbsApple Cider Vinegar
1teaspoonSugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1TbsGarlic Powder
1TbsOnion Powder
2TbsDried Parsley
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the pasta, frozen peas, bacon and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley. Pour the dressing into the bowl of pasta. Mix everything together until it’s evenly combined.
Cover the bowl and place it into the fridge for 2 hours so the flavors can combine. Finally, toss everything together one last time, serve and enjoy!
