Beach Club Wraps
Beach Club Wraps are made with scallion cream cheese, thinly sliced turkey breast, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and American cheese all rolled up in a soft tortilla for a delicious summer time lunch.

- 2 Large Tortillas
- ½ Cup Bacon Bits (divided)
- ½ Cup Scallion Cream Cheese
- 8 Slices Deli Turkey
- 4 Slices American Cheese
- ½ Cup Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
- 1 Large Tomatoes, sliced thin
Lay the tortillas down onto a cutting board.
Spread 3-4 Tbs of scallion cream cheese down onto each tortilla.
Sprinkle the bacon bits evenly onto the cream cheese.
Lay the sliced turkey down onto one side of each of the tortillas and top them with the American cheese
Sprinkle the shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes on top.
Jelly roll the wraps up ending with the cream cheese side. The cream cheese will seal the side of the tortilla closed.
Cover the wrap in plastic wrap and place it into the fridge for about 30 minutes to a couple of hours.
Using a serrated knife, slice the wrap into pinwheels. Serve cold and enjoy.
