Beach Club Wraps

Beach Club Wraps are made with scallion cream cheese, thinly sliced turkey breast, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and American cheese all rolled up in a soft tortilla for a delicious summer time lunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Tortillas
  • ½ Cup Bacon Bits (divided)
  • ½ Cup Scallion Cream Cheese
  • 8 Slices Deli Turkey
  • 4 Slices American Cheese
  • ½ Cup Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Large Tomatoes, sliced thin

Instructions
 

  • Lay the tortillas down onto a cutting board.
  • Spread 3-4 Tbs of scallion cream cheese down onto each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle the bacon bits evenly onto the cream cheese.
  • Lay the sliced turkey down onto one side of each of the tortillas and top them with the American cheese
  • Sprinkle the shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes on top.
  • Jelly roll the wraps up ending with the cream cheese side. The cream cheese will seal the side of the tortilla closed.
  • Cover the wrap in plastic wrap and place it into the fridge for about 30 minutes to a couple of hours.
  • Using a serrated knife, slice the wrap into pinwheels. Serve cold and enjoy.
