In a large bowl, add the sliced skirt steak, 1 tbs of soy sauce, and 1 tbs of corn starch. Mix everything together until it’s evenly combined and let the steak marinate on the counter for 10–15 minutes.
Add 1 tbs of vegetable oil to a large skillet over medium high heat and add the steak. Cook the steak for about 5 minutes total stirring frequently and add in the minced garlic and ginger.
Stir in the steamed broccoli and let everything cook together for about 3 minutes
Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl, stir together all of the sauce ingredients.
Add the sauce to the beef and broccoli and toss everything together until it’s evenly coated.
Finally, let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken up. Let it cool slightly and serve warm over white rice. Enjoy!
