These Boursin Prosciutto Pinwheels combine puff pastry, Boursin cheese, provolone, prosciutto, and fresh spinach for an easy appetizer that’s always the first thing to disappear at a party.
Unfold the puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface. Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Layer the provolone cheese over the Boursin and add the prosciutto in an even layer. Scatter the spinach evenly over the top.
Starting with the long side, tightly jelly-roll the puff pastry into a log. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Slice into ½-inch thick pinwheels and place them cut side up on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Leave room in between them to expand. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
