Breaded Baked Artichoke Hearts
Breaded Baked Artichoke Hearts are a super simple and delicious appetizer made by breading canned artichoke hearts and baking them in the oven until golden brown.

- 15 oz Canned Artichoke Hearts, drained and patted dry (in water NOT oil)
- ¼ cup Butter, Melted
- ¼ cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400°
Add the melted butter to one bowl and mix together the seasoned breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in the other.
Dip the artichoke hearts into then butter and then into the breadcrumb mixture and place them onto a parchment or foil lined baking sheet..
Place them into the oven for 18-20 minutes flipping half way.
Finally, let them cool slightly and serve warm. Enjoy!
