Breaded Baked Artichoke Hearts

Breaded Baked Artichoke Hearts are a super simple and delicious appetizer made by breading canned artichoke hearts and baking them in the oven until golden brown.

Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz Canned Artichoke Hearts, drained and patted dry (in water NOT oil)
  • ¼ cup Butter, Melted
  • ¼ cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°
  • Add the melted butter to one bowl and mix together the seasoned breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in the other.
  • Dip the artichoke hearts into then butter and then into the breadcrumb mixture and place them onto a parchment or foil lined baking sheet..
  • Place them into the oven for 18-20 minutes flipping half way.
  • Finally, let them cool slightly and serve warm. Enjoy!
