This delicious broccoli stuffing casserole is made using frozen broccoli, stuffing mix and a few other simple ingredients for the perfect side dish to any dinner or holiday meal.
In a large skillet, melt half the butter and chicken bullion together over medium high heat.
Whisk in the flour for 2 minutes. Then slowly whisk in the milk.
Add the broccoli season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss it into the sauce until everything is evenly combined. (If you're sensitive to salt, do not add any extra. The chicken bullion will be plenty.(
Add the rest of the butter and the chicken broth. Stir until the butter is melted.
Stir in most of the stuffing mix (leave some for the topping). Transfer everything to a 9 x 13" baking dish and sprinkle the top with the remaining stuffing mix.
Place it into the center rack of the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the sides are hot and bubbly and the top is toasted and golden. Serve warm. Enjoy!
