Bubble Up Pizza

Bubble Up Pizza is such a fun spin on an old classic made using canned biscuits, tomato sauce, shredding mozzarella cheese and the toppings of your choice.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cans Biscuits, cut to 4 pieces
  • 1.5 Cups Tomato Sauce
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, hand shredded
  • 20 Slices Pepperoni, diced or kept whole
  • 1 Tbs Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375
  • Spray a 9 x 13” baking dish with cooking spray. Add the cut biscuit dough into the baking dish and spread them out into an even layer.
  • Top them evenly with the tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella.
  • Sprinkle the top with pepperoni (I like to chop mine into small pieces but you can leave them whole if you prefer) and Italian seasoning.
  • Place the baking dish in the center rack of the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked all the way through.
  • Finally, let it cool slightly, serve warm and enjoy!
