Bubble Up Pizza
Bubble Up Pizza is such a fun spin on an old classic made using canned biscuits, tomato sauce, shredding mozzarella cheese and the toppings of your choice.

- 2 Cans Biscuits, cut to 4 pieces
- 1.5 Cups Tomato Sauce
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, hand shredded
- 20 Slices Pepperoni, diced or kept whole
- 1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
Preheat the oven to 375
Spray a 9 x 13” baking dish with cooking spray. Add the cut biscuit dough into the baking dish and spread them out into an even layer.
Top them evenly with the tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella.
Sprinkle the top with pepperoni (I like to chop mine into small pieces but you can leave them whole if you prefer) and Italian seasoning.
Place the baking dish in the center rack of the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked all the way through.
Finally, let it cool slightly, serve warm and enjoy!
