- Melt the butter over medium high heat in a large skillet and add in the chopped onions. 
- Salt the onions, give them a big stir and turn the heat down to low. 
- Now, cook the onions on low for about 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the onions turn a golden brown color. 
- Next, carefully add the wine and turn the heat back up to medium high. Cook the onions, stirring frequently for about 4 minutes and then let them cool. 
- Now, in a medium sized bowl, add the cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream. Season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder. 
- Then, add the scallions, chopped bacon, caramelized onions, Worcestershire sauce and sriracha. 
- Next, stir everything together until it’s evenly combined and place it into a serving bowl. Garnish the top with more chopped scallions and bacon bits and serve room temperature and with wavy potato chips. Enjoy!
