Cheesy Refried Bean Dip Reipe

Ingredients
  

  • 16 Oz Can Refried Beans
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • 3 Tbs Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
  • 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, hand shredded
  • ¼ Cup Salsa
  • Diced tomatoes & freshly chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or small cast iron skillet.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, softened cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, salsa, ½ cup cheddar cheese, and ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese. Stir until everything is well combined. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the edges are hot and bubbly. Let the dip cool for about 5 minutes, then garnish with diced tomatoes and chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
