Preheat the oven to 350°
Make the brownie mix according to the directions on the back of the package and pour the batter into a 9 x 13“ greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, sugar, eggs, flour, and vanilla until smooth.
Dollop the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter. Using a butter knife, swirl the cream cheese into the brownie mixture.
Dollop the cherry pie filling evenly on top of the brownie mix and cream cheese topping. Using the back of a spoon, smear the cherry pie filling into the surface of the brownie batter and cream cheese mixture.
Evenly sprinkle the miniature chocolate chips on top. Place the brownies in the center rack of the oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until the center is firm.
Finally, let the brownies, cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
