Chessman Banana Pudding
Chessman banana pudding is a rich, creamy dessert layered with ripe bananas, pudding, and soft cookies for an easy to make and delicious dessert.

- 2 Boxes Chessman Cookies
- 6-8 Ripe Bananas
- 5 Oz Instant French Vanilla Pudding
- 2 Cups Milk
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 14 Oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 12 Oz Cool Whip
Layer the bottom of a 9 x 13” baking dish with Chessman Cookies.
Add a layer of sliced bananas on top.
In a large bowl, beat together the instant pudding and milk. Let it sit to firm up for about 2-3 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat together the sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese and stir it into the pudding mixture.
Fold in the whipped cream and add the mixture to the baking dish. Smooth it out so that the pudding mixture is flat and even.
Top the pudding with another layer of Chessman cookies and place it in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours. Overnight is best if you have the time!
Finally, serve cold and enjoy!
