Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Chicken cordon Bleu casserole takes all the flavors you love from the classic dish and turns them into a crowd pleasing, hassle free meal the whole family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Rotini Pasta, cooked in salted water
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • 1 Cup Ham, diced
  • 1 Cup Swiss Cheese, hand shredded
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, hand shredded
  • 10.5 Oz Cream Of Chicken Soup with the herbs
  • 1 ⅓ Cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbs Butter, Melted
  • ¼ Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • In a large bowl, add the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, diced ham, cream of chicken soup, Swiss and mozzarella cheese, milk and Dijon mustard. Season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix everything together until it’s evenly combined.
  • Place the mixture into a greased 9 x 13” baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and breadcrumbs and sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly on top of the casserole
  • Place it into the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are toasted.
  • Let it cool slightly, garnish with parsley (optional), serve warm and enjoy!
