Preheat the oven to 350°
In a large bowl, add the ground chicken, eggs, Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, milk, ¼ cup of the Parmesan cheese and ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese.
Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning and mix everything together until the ingredients are combined.
Roll the meat mixture into balls that are about 1.5 inches thick and place them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place them into the oven to cook for 30 minutes.
Line a 9 x 13” baking dish with half the tomato sauce and place the meatballs on top. Spoon the rest of the sauce over the meatballs.
Sprinkle the top with a little more Parmesan cheese and the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
Place it into the oven for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sides are hot and bubbly.
Let it cool slightly, garnish with parsley and serve alone or over rice or pasta and enjoy.
