Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
Chocolate peanut butter pie is a delicious, no bake dessert made with a homemade Oreo crust filled with layers of peanut butter and chocolate filling then topped with crushed Oreos.

- 16 Oreos, crushed (plus about 5 more for the topping)
- 3 Tbs Butter, melted
- 1 ½ Cup Powdered Sugar (divided)
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- 3.5 Oz Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 1 Cup Milk
- 16 Oz Cool Whip (divided)
- 6 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped into small pieces
In a 9 x 13” baking dish, mix together the crushed Oreos and butter then press them down evenly into the baking dish.
In a medium sized bowl, beat together 1 cup of the powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and peanut butter. Then, beat in half of the cool whip and spread it out evenly onto the Oreo crust.
Evenly sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups on top.
In a medium sized bowl, beat together the pudding, milk and ½ cup of powdered sugar for 2 minutes and let it sit to firm up for two minutes. Then fold in the rest of the cool whip and spread the mixture evenly on top of the peanut butter layer.
Sprinkle the top with some crushed Oreos and place it into the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Finally, serve cold and enjoy.
