chunky bleu cheese dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 oz blue cheese (in a block not crumbled)
  • cup milk
  • cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon vinegar
  • ¼ cup mayonaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • First, in a medium size bowl, place the bleu cheese down and smash it with a fork
  • Now add all of the other ingredients and stir them until they're evenly combined.
  • Place it in the fridge for at least 6 hours to blend all the flavors together.
  • Stir one last time before serving and give it a taste test. Add more salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy!
