Citrus marinated skirt steak takes limes, oranges, onions, soy sauce, garlic and just a few other simple ingredients for a truly unique and delicious marinade.
In a large bowl, combine the garlic, soy sauce, orange juice, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, lime zest and parsley.
Then add the sliced onion and skirt steak and toss them into the marinade. Cover and place into the refrigerator from 4 hours up to overnight.
Drain the steak from the marinade and grill/cook it however you'd like. Serve warm & enjoy.
