Ingredients
  

  • 8 Slices Day Old Brioche Bread
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbs Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • Butter, for the pan

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and salt until fully combined.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and melt a little butter to coat the surface.
  • Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture on both sides, letting the excess drip off. Don't over soak the bread.
  • Cook the bread for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately with butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar or fresh fruit.
