Classic French Toast Recipe
Golden, buttery and softly custardy in the center, this classic french toast is the sweet breakfast that never goes out of style.

- 8 Slices Day Old Brioche Bread
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Pinch Salt
- Butter, for the pan
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and salt until fully combined.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and melt a little butter to coat the surface.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture on both sides, letting the excess drip off. Don't over soak the bread.
Cook the bread for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve immediately with butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar or fresh fruit.
