Classic Knorr Spinach Dip
Classic Knorr spinach dip is made with a dry vegetable soup packet, mayonnaise, sour cream, and a couple other simple ingredients for the ultimate crowd pleasing appetizer.

- 1.4 oz Knorr Dry Vegetable Recipe Mix
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 10 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained very well
- 1 large Rye/ sourdough bread
In a medium sized bowl, add the spinach, Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, Mayonnaise and Sour Cream.
Mix everything together until its very well combined
Cover it and place the dip in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours to let the packet bloom and flavors combine.
Give the dip one big stir right before adding it to the bread bowl.
Cut off the top of the bread and scoop the inside out. Break the scooped out bread pieces into about one inch pieces and set them aside.
Add the spinach dip into the bread bowl. Serve cold and with the scooped out pieces. Enjoy.
