1PoundFarfalle Pasta (bow ties) + a ladle of pasta water
5OzPancetta, diced
½Onion, diced
4ClovesGarlic, diced
1TbsItalian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
1TbsGarlic Powder
1CupHeavy Cream
¼CupParmesan Cheese, grated
9OzPeas, frozen
Instructions
Heat the pancetta in a large pan until crispy. Add the onion, garlic and Italian seasoning and sauté for about 3 minutes or until the onion is soft.
Add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese and peas. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and garlic powder and stir everything together.
Add the cooked bow ties and a ladle of the pasta water to the sauce. Toss the pasta into the sauce until the bow ties are evenly coated. Serve warm and enjoy!
