Ingredients
- 1 Tbs Olive Oil
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes, whole or halved
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Cup Prepared Basil Pesto
- 1 Cup Sour Cream, room temp
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- 1 Pound Spaghetti, cooked in salted water plus, one ladle of reserved pasta water
