Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

These crispy baked chicken wings are perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pounds Chicken wings (separated into drums and flats)
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1.5 tbs Knorr Chicken Bullion
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 tbs Baking powder (aluminum free)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery ( optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°.
  • First, pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and add them to a large bowl.
  • Now, add the olive oil and season the wings with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder and chicken bullion. Toss everything together until the chicken is evenly coated in the seasoning.
  • Next, place a wire rack on top of a baking sheet and spray it generously with cooking spray then lay the chicken wings down on the rack.
  • Then, place them in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Next, flip the wings and place them back into the oven for another 30 minutes.
  • Now, take them out of the oven and let them rest on the rack for about 5 minutes.
  • Finally, serve warm with blue cheese/ ranch dressing and celery and enjoy!
