Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Chicken Breast
  • Salt and Pepper to taste keep in mind the salts are salty and omit the salt for a lower sodium version
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 10 Oz Can Original Rotel (with the juice)
  • 10.5 Oz Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 10.5 Oz Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 Oz Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 Cup Hand Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Pound Cooked Spaghetti

Instructions
 

  • Spray your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Place the chicken in the bottom of the prepared slow cooker.
  • Add the Rotel, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, Velveeta, cheddar cheese, and chicken broth over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked and shreds easily. Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks. Carefully whisk the sauce in the crockpot until it is smooth and add the chicken back in.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until every strand is coated in the creamy sauce. Serve and enjoy!
