Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is a creamy, cheesy slow-cooked chicken dish made with Buffalo Wild Wings garlic parmesan sauce, cream cheese, broccoli and pasta all tossed together in one irresistible dinner.
First, spray the inside of the crockpot with cooking spray and add the chicken breast. Season them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Now, pour the bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken. Add the block of cream cheese and chicken broth.
Next, cover the crockpot and set it to low for 5–6 hours. Once the chicken is cooked all the way through, carefully shred it using two forks. Stir everything well so the cream cheese melts fully into the sauce and becomes smooth.
Now, stir in the broccoli and mozzarella cheese. Place the cover back on and let it cook for another 20–30 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. Finally, stir the cooked pasta into the crockpot until everything is evenly coated in sauce. Serve warm and enjoy!
