Equipment

  • 6-8 QT Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Pounds Chicken Breast
  • 12 Oz Bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 Cups Frozen Broccoli Flourets
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Pound Rotoni Pasta, cooked

Instructions

  • First, spray the inside of the crockpot with cooking spray and add the chicken breast. Season them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Now, pour the bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken. Add the block of cream cheese and chicken broth.
  • Next, cover the crockpot and set it to low for 5–6 hours. Once the chicken is cooked all the way through, carefully shred it using two forks. Stir everything well so the cream cheese melts fully into the sauce and becomes smooth.
  • Now, stir in the broccoli and mozzarella cheese. Place the cover back on and let it cook for another 20–30 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. Finally, stir the cooked pasta into the crockpot until everything is evenly coated in sauce. Serve warm and enjoy!
