Crockpot Mississippi Pot Roast

Made with just a few simple ingredients like chuck roast, gravy and ranch packets, butter and pepperoncinis, this easy crockpot Mississippi pot roast is a dinner the whole family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 pound Chuck Roast
  • 1 oz Au Jus Gravy Packet
  • 1 oz Ranch Packet
  • 1 stick Butter, unsalted
  • ¼ cup Pepperoncini Rings
  • ¼ cup Pepperoncini Juice

Instructions
 

  • Add the chuck roast to the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Cover the roast with the Au Jus gravy packet and ranch packet.
  • Place the butter and pepperocini rings on top.
  • Pour the pepperoncini pepper juice from the jar around the roast.
  • Set the crockpot to 8 hours low.
  • Shred the meat in the crockpot and serve over Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes and enjoy!
