Crockpot Mississippi Pot Roast
Made with just a few simple ingredients like chuck roast, gravy and ranch packets, butter and pepperoncinis, this easy crockpot Mississippi pot roast is a dinner the whole family will love.

- 2-3 pound Chuck Roast
- 1 oz Au Jus Gravy Packet
- 1 oz Ranch Packet
- 1 stick Butter, unsalted
- ¼ cup Pepperoncini Rings
- ¼ cup Pepperoncini Juice
Add the chuck roast to the bottom of the crockpot.
Cover the roast with the Au Jus gravy packet and ranch packet.
Place the butter and pepperocini rings on top.
Pour the pepperoncini pepper juice from the jar around the roast.
Set the crockpot to 8 hours low.
Shred the meat in the crockpot and serve over Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes and enjoy!
