Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Pounds Baby Yellow Potatoes, cleaned and cut into quarters
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, miced
  • 13.5 Oz Andouille Sausage- sliced into ¼" pieces
  • 2 (14.5) Oz Cans Fresh Cut Green Beans, drained
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Oz Paket Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Instructions
 

  • Spray the inside of the crockpot generously with nonstick spray. Add the quartered baby potatoes and season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until the potatoes are evenly coated in the seasoning. Add the diced onion, fresh garlic and sausage on top. Add the drained green beans and spreading them evenly.
  • Sprinkle the onion soup mix over everything and place the stick of butter on top. Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 hours, until the potatoes are very tender. Gently stir before serving to coat everything in the buttery sauce and enjoy!
