Easy Alfredo Sauce
This Easy Alfredo Sauce is a deliciously creamy, cheesy and garlicky sauce served over fettuccine that the whole family will love.

- 1 Pound Fettuccine & a ladle of pasta water
- 4 Oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Stick Butter
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 5 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Cup Cream
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Melt the butter in a large lipped pan and add the garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes or until the garlic is fragrant.
Add the heavy cream and cream cheese and stir it until the cream cheese is melted into the sauce.
Stir in parmesan cheese and season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Please keep in mind that the cheese is salty
Add the strained pasta and pasta water to the sauce and stir everything together until the fettuccine is covered in the sauce.
Finally, let the pasta sit for a couple of minutes, give it one more final stir and serve. Enjoy!
