Easy Beer Cheese
Easy Beer Cheese is made with light beer and a creamy, seasoned cheese sauce making it the perfect pub style appetizer for any occasion.

- 2 tbs Butter
- 2 tbs Flour
- ¾ cup Light Beer
- ¼ cup Whole Milk
- 2 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Dried Parsley Flakes, for garnish ( optional)
- Kings Hawaiian Soft Pretzel Bites
First, in a large skillet over medium high heat, melt the butter and whisk in the flour for 2 miutes.
Next, slowly whisk in the beer and milk and continue whisking for about 2 minutes or until it starts to thicken up.
Now, add it the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper and whisk until smooth.
Next, take the skillet off the heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted and well combined..
Finally, add parsley for garnish (optional) and serve warm and with Pretzel Bites for dipping. Enjoy!
