Easy Buffalo Chicken DIp
This easy buffalo chicken dip is made using rotisserie chicken, a blend of cheeses and a dry ranch seasoning packet baked until hot and bubbly.

- 1 Rotissarie Chicken, shredded
- 1 c Wing Sauce
- 1 8oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ c Cheddar cheese, shredded (save ½ cup for the topping)
- ½ c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 1oz Dry Ranch Seasoning packet
- 2 tbs Garlic powder
- Parsley for garnish
- Tortilla chips
First, shred all of the chicken off of the rotisserie chicken and place it in a large bowl.
Then, add the softened cream cheese, wing sauce, shredded cheeses, ranch packed and garlic powder & mix everything together until it’s evenly combined.
Then, place it in a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Next, sprinkle some cheese on top and bake it in the oven at 350° for about 30 minutes.
Finally, garnish with parsley and serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
