This super easy cheesy bread is made with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese, baked over a premade pizza crust seasoned with garlic butter and Italian seasonings.
Lay the pizza dough out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and roll it out until it's in a thin, rectangle.
Add the melted butter using a pastry brush, smooth it it all the way to the edges. Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder and italian seasoning.
Add the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses evenly on top.
Place it into the center rack of the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dough is cooked all the way through.
Garnish with some dried parsley (optional), then slice the bread with one big cut horizontally. Now make several vertical cuts about an inch to an inch and a half apart. Serve warm and enjoy!
