Easy Cheesy Bread

This super easy cheesy bread is made with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese, baked over a premade pizza crust seasoned with garlic butter and Italian seasonings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can Pillsbury Thin Pizza Dough
  • 3 Tbs Butter, melted
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1.5 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, hand shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  • Lay the pizza dough out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and roll it out until it's in a thin, rectangle.
  • Add the melted butter using a pastry brush, smooth it it all the way to the edges. Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder and italian seasoning.
  • Add the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses evenly on top.
  • Place it into the center rack of the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dough is cooked all the way through.
  • Garnish with some dried parsley (optional), then slice the bread with one big cut horizontally. Now make several vertical cuts about an inch to an inch and a half apart. Serve warm and enjoy!
