Easy Cheesy Pesto Bombs

These easy cheesy pesto bombs are made with store bought pesto and mozzarella cheese baked in the center of buttery baked dough.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Pillsbury Mini Pizza Crust
  • 1 Premade Pesto
  • ΒΌ-1/2 c Mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 1-2 tbs Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • First, open the Pillsbury pizza crust, separate them individually and roll them out thin using a rolling pin.
  • Next add about 1 tbs of pesto into the center of each one. Try to leave some exposed dough on the sides so they are easier to seal.
  • Now evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese into each center and wrap the dough around the pesto and cheese. Be sure to seal it as tight as you can.
  • Then place them seam side down on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and brush the tops with a little olive oil
  • bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the dough is nice and golden. Let them cool slightly and enjoy
