Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

This easy chicken tetrazzini is made with shredded rotisserie chicken and shredded cheddar cheese baked in a creamy and delicious sauce for a comfort food recipe that the whole family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • 1 Pound Spaghetti, cooked to al dente
  • 10.5 Oz Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 10.5 Oz Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1.5 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1.5 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbs Parsley, dried (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • Add all of the ingredients (reserve a half cup each of the cheddar and Monterey jack cheese) in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Add it to a 9x13" greased baking dish and smooth it out so that its flat and even.
  • Top it with the reserved cheeses and cover it with foil.
  • Place it into the center rack of the oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sides are nice and bubbly.
  • Finally, let it cool sightly, garnish with parsley (optional) and enjoy
