Easy Chicken Tetrazzini
This easy chicken tetrazzini is made with shredded rotisserie chicken and shredded cheddar cheese baked in a creamy and delicious sauce for a comfort food recipe that the whole family will love.

- 1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
- 1 Pound Spaghetti, cooked to al dente
- 10.5 Oz Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 10.5 Oz Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1.5 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1.5 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 2 Cups chicken stock
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbs garlic powder
- 2 Tbs parsley, dried (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350
First, add all of the ingredients (reserve a half cup each of the cheddar and Monterey jack cheese) in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Add it to a 9x13 inch baking dish thats been sprayed with cooking spray and smooth it out so that its flat and even.
Now top it with the reserved cheeses and cover it with foil. You can spray the foil with cooking spray to prevent the cheese from sticking to the top
Place it into the center rack of the oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sides are nice and bubbly.
Finally, let it cool sightly, garnish with parsley (optional) and enjoy
