Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded 1 Pound Spaghetti, cooked to al dente 10.5 Oz Cream Of Mushroom Soup 10.5 Oz Cream Of Chicken Soup 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened 1.5 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1.5 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded 2 Cups Chicken Stock Salt and Pepper to taste 1 Tbs Garlic Powder 2 Tbs Parsley, dried (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350
Add all of the ingredients (reserve a half cup each of the cheddar and Monterey jack cheese) in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Add it to a 9x13" greased baking dish and smooth it out so that its flat and even.
Top it with the reserved cheeses and cover it with foil.
Place it into the center rack of the oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sides are nice and bubbly.
Finally, let it cool sightly, garnish with parsley (optional) and enjoy
