Easy Crab Bites

These easy crab bites are made with lump crab meat, crushed Ritz crackers and just a few other simple ingredients for a delicious appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Lump Crab Meat
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 stalks Celery, chopped small
  • 1 small Onion, chopped small
  • 1 cup Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1-2 tbs Old Bay
  • Tartare Sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°
  • In a large bowl, add the crab meat, beaten eggs, minced celery, minced onion, crushed Ritz crackers, mayonnaise, sriracha and Dijon mustard.
  • Gently toss everything together until the ingredients are fully combined.
  • Roll the crab meat mixture into small balls about an inch and a half big and lace them side by side onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Place them into the oven for about 30 minutes or until they start to brown on the top.
  • Let them cool slightly, serve with tartare sauce on the side (optional) and enjoy!
