Easy Crab Bites
These easy crab bites are made with lump crab meat, crushed Ritz crackers and just a few other simple ingredients for a delicious appetizer.

- 1 pound Lump Crab Meat
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 stalks Celery, chopped small
- 1 small Onion, chopped small
- 1 cup Ritz Crackers, crushed
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbs Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1-2 tbs Old Bay
- Tartare Sauce for dipping (optional)
Preheat the oven to 375°
In a large bowl, add the crab meat, beaten eggs, minced celery, minced onion, crushed Ritz crackers, mayonnaise, sriracha and Dijon mustard.
Gently toss everything together until the ingredients are fully combined.
Roll the crab meat mixture into small balls about an inch and a half big and lace them side by side onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Place them into the oven for about 30 minutes or until they start to brown on the top.
Let them cool slightly, serve with tartare sauce on the side (optional) and enjoy!
